ILI Team Participates in EPIP Conference!
This year, the Annual Conference of EPIP (European Policy for Intellectual Property) was hosted by the University of Antwerp. The conference gathered scholars from diverse disciplines, including economics, law, management science, and political science alongside stakeholders and policymakers, to engage in theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented discussions on intellectual property (IP) protection, science, and innovation.
At the conference, Impact Licensing Initiative (ILI) was represented by Bruno Vandermeulen, ILI and Prof. Frank Tietze, University of Cambridge, who took part in different roundtable discussions: “Turning SDG Ambitions into Action” and “Open Innovation, SDGs, and Circular Design.” In both sessions, consortium representatives highlighted the importance of impact licensing and its alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
